Dealing with Irresponsible People

Assalamualaikum and hello to all ;)

Pagi saya bermula dengan situasi yang agak tegang apabila berhadapan dengan seseorang yang (pada pandangan saya) nak mengelakkan diri dari beban kerja yang sepatutnya. Oleh kerana saya rasa dah banyak kali saya berhadapan dengan situasi seperti ini, dan selalu jugak saya jek yang asek mengalah, ntah cam mane pagi ni saye berani pulak bertegas :P Dalam keadaan di mana si dia dah tahap muncung sedepa dan cakap pun tak nak pandang muka saya walaupun saya cuba menerangkan niat saya untuk mempermudahkan kerja dier, secretly saya rasa cam nak tergelak pun ader bile tengok reaksi si dia :P hehehehe~

In the same time, saya terfikir jugak maybe si dia pun merasakan saya refused responsibility :P atau berkira? sbb tu agaknye muncung sedepa. Tapi tu semua andaian saya. Tak semestinya betul. Dan kalau betul pun, tak pe la...at least he got to learn to be responsible :P

Talking about dealing with people, I actually found a book at MPH last week, tittle How to Deal with People You Can't Stand. Tapi tak beli pun ;p because the price was out of my budget. Last two weeks, I volunteered myself for a survey, conducted by two lectures from IIUM. At the end of the interview, they gave me a RM50 MPH voucher :) so I decided to buy a book related to my field. And the book How to Deal with People You Can't Stand tu terlebih mahal la plak. sebab target tak nak kuarkan duit to get a new book :P but now I'm thinking of buying that book so that at least I would have some ideas when dealing with this kind of situation.

I would definitely share some tips on how to deal with irresponsible people once I have the ideas ;)
